Ann Pickens is the Director of the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center and Longhorn Aquatics. She has over two decades of experience leading high-profile aquatic events and cultivating strong relationships across campus and with external stakeholders. Her portfolio includes NCAA Division I Championships and USA Swimming Nationals. A dedicated contributor to campus initiatives, Ann is committed to building a culture of excellence and belonging both in and out of the water. She holds a Master of Arts in Community Services Programming and a B.A. in Health Promotion from the University of Northern Iowa.
