Records and Information Management Services has released its 2026-27 training schedule, with courses available for both Departmental Records Management Contacts (DRMCs) and all UT employees. View upcoming courses and register in UTLearn.

New parking guidance is in effect for University cart and fleet vehicle operators. Please use designated parking spaces or back-of-house areas whenever possible. Avoid parking on malls, plazas, sidewalks, ADA ramps, lawns and other pedestrian areas. Temporary parking near building entrances is permitted when needed to unload equipment or safely complete work. Thanks for keeping campus safe, accessible and pedestrian-friendly!

To keep everyone moving safely through campus, the University is implementing mobility changes that will take effect Aug. 24. These updates are intended to improve safety and create a more welcoming campus experience in the busiest areas of campus.
