This spring, students from School of Nursing provided vision and hearing screenings for children enrolled at Child Development Center. This valuable collaboration assisted parents of children entering kindergarten next year.
Parking and Transportation Services' Donations for Citations returns this April, giving the campus community a chance to turn parking citations into meaningful support for Longhorns in need.

If you’re looking for childcare for your toddler or preschooler, now is a great time to apply! The University of Texas Child Development Centers (UTCDC) has immediate openings for children 18 months to 5 years old. While the infant care waitlist is around 18 months, families who add their toddlers (16 months) and preschoolers to the waitlist probably will experience little to no wait time!
Blanca Gamez’s journey at UT began in 2000 when she arrived as a freshman looking for a
part-time job. She found one with Parking and Transportation Services — a move that would
turn into a 25-year career defined by purpose, growth, and connection.
